Product Overview
The HEF4066BP is a quad single-pole single-throw Analogue Switch with two input/output terminals (nY and nZ) and an active high enable input (nE). When nE is low, the analogue switch is turned-OFF. This switch is pin compatible with the HEF4016B but exhibit-bit a much lower ON resistance. In addition the ON resistance is relatively constant over the full input signal range.
