Product Overview
The MAX6009AEUR+T is an ultra low power precision shunt voltage reference in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This two terminal shunt band gap voltage reference is ideal for space critical and low power applications. The on-chip thin film resistors are laser trimmed to provide initial accuracy of 0.2% and low temperature coefficients of ±30ppm/°C. This device can be used as low power and high precision upgrade to ICL8069, LM385, LT1004 and LM4040 references. Typical application includes precision regulators, A/D and D/A converters.
- Reverse breakdown voltage of 2.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Ultra low operating current of 0.5μA
- Reverse dynamic impedance of 2ohm (IR = 1.2μA to 2mA)
- Low frequency noise of 60μVP-P (IR = 1.2μA, f = 0.1Hz to 10Hz)
