ADG1404 is a complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) analogue multiplexer, comprising four single channels designed on an iCMOS® process. iCMOS (industrial CMOS) is a modular manufacturing process that combines high voltage CMOS and bipolar technologies. It enables the development of a wide range of high performance analogue ICs capable of 33V operation in a footprint that no previous generation of high voltage devices achieve. Unlike analogue ICs using conventional CMOS processes, iCMOS components can tolerate high supply voltages while providing increased performance, dramatically lower power consumption, and reduced package size. The on-resistance profile is very flat over the full analogue input range, ensuring excellent linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals. Used in applications such as automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, battery-powered systems, sample-and-hold systems, audio signal routing, communication systems, relay replacement.

• No VL supply required, 3V logic-compatible inputs
• 55MHz typical -3dB bandwidth
• Off isolation is 70dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 100KHz)
• Total harmonic distortion + noise is 0.011% typical at (RL = 110 ohm, 10V p-p, f = 20Hz to 20KHz)
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C
• Package style is 14-lead TSSOP
