Mit dem Max-M12 bietet Amphenol einen unverwüstlichen M12-Steckverbinder für die Hochgeschwindigkeitsdatenübertragung, der auch rauen Umweltbedingungen standhält.
- Abwärts kompatibel mit IEC 61076-2-101 (M12)
- Hält einem Kabelzug von 444 N (100 lbs) in alle Richtungen mindestens eine Minute lang stand
- Zugelassen für 250 V Wechselspannung, 4,0 A
- Temperaturbereich von -55 °C bis +125 °C
- Dank IP67 oder höher für die Hochdruckreinigung geeignet
Produktbeschreibung
Die Amphenol Industrial Products Group präsentiert mit dem Max-M12 einen äußerst robusten M12-Steckverbinder für die Hochgeschwindigkeitsdatenübertragung. Verbindungssysteme für die Hochgeschwindigkeitsübertragung von Daten wurden bislang häufig in kommerziellen Anwendungen verbaut, ohne hohen Schwingungen und Temperaturen oder rauen Umgebungsbedingungen angemessen Rechnung zu tragen.
With the increased implementation of these high speed Datalink connection systems into more heavy duty / harsh environment surroundings, the need for a more robust and ruggedised connection system has surfaced. Based on the IEC 61076-2-101 and SAE J 2839 standards, the Max-M12 connection system makes it the perfect solution for the ultra-rugged applications that sometimes exist in markets dealing with Heavy Equipment, Rail & Mass Transit, Process Control, Factory Automation, etc.
Der Max-M12 ist abwärts kompatibel, damit er auch zusammen mit allen Standard-M12-Steckverbindern gleicher Indizierung verwendet werden kann. Dieser für den Einsatz unter hohen Schwingungen und extremen Temperaturen von -55 °C bis 125 °C konzipierte neue Steckverbinder ist für 4 A zugelassen. Alle Ausführungen dieses Hochgeschwindigkeitssteckverbinders sind mit mindestens IP67 staub- und wasserdicht und halten der Reinigung unter Hochdruck und bei hohen Temperaturen stand. Sie bewähren sich auch bei 240 Stunden Salzsprühnebel.
Robustheit
Der Max-12 erfüllt die Spezifikationen von SAE J2839 und IEC 61076-2-101. Er hält einem Kabelzug von 444 N stand, bietet eine Haltekraft von 110 N und wurde bei einem Minimum 100 Steckzyklen geprüft.
Abwärtskompatibilität
Der Max-M12 kann mit allen Standard-M12 gleicher Indizierung verbunden werden.
