CLEAR MOULD PROTECTIVE, 400ML

Clear Mould Protective is a transparent corrosion inhibitor specially formulated for use on clean, degreased mould surfaces tool, as a long-term protective during storage. It removes any surface moisture leaving a durable, non-greasy protective film against corrosion. It has a clear, dry, non-staining film which will not penetrate or creep into the mould tool and will not mark or stain mouldings. It is highly recommended for clear and white polymer tools. It can be used on all injection mould tools, blow mould tools, extrusion dies and metal components requiring corrosion protection. The film will not harden or crack and is easily ‘moulded-off’ when recommencing production. Alternatively, the film can be easily removed using Ambersil Mould Cleaner or Amberklene FE10.

• Soluble in solvents, insoluble in water
• Classified as extremely flammable under current EC regulations
• Flashpoint is not applicable in sealed aerosol

Notes

Stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 6 years with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and naked flame.
