OP196 family of CBCMOS operational amplifier that features micropower operation and rail-to-rail input and output ranges. The extremely low power requirements and guaranteed operation from 3V to 12V make these amplifiers perfectly suited to monitor battery usage and to control battery charging. Typical applications include battery monitoring, sensor conditioners, portable power supply control, portable instrumentation.

• Rail-to-rail input and output swing
• Low power of 60µA/amplifier at VS = 12V
• Gain bandwidth product of 450KHz at VS = 12V
• Single-supply operation of 3V to 12V
• Low offset voltage of 300µV max at VS = 12V
• Large signal voltage gain is 1000V/mV typ at VS = 12V
• Unity-gain stable
• No phase reversal
