The LM4050BEX3-2.5+T is a 50ppm/°C precision micropower shunt voltage references with multiple reverse breakdown voltages in 3 pin SC-70 package. The LM4050 is a precision two-terminal, shuntmode, bandgap voltage references available in fixed reverse breakdown voltage of 2.5V. Ideal for space-critical applications. Laser-trimmed resistors ensure excellent initial accuracy. It has 60µA to 15mA shunt-current capability with low dynamic impedance, ensuring stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy over a wide range of operating temperatures and currents. The LM4050 do not require an external stabilizing capacitor while ensuring stability with any capacitive loads. Typical applications include portable, battery powered equipment, notebook computers, cell phones and industrial process controls.
