ADA4638-1 is a high voltage, high precision, zero-drift amplifier featuring rail-to-rail output swing. It is suited for high precision applications where large error sources cannot be tolerated. Pressure sensors, medical equipment, and strain gauge amplifiers benefit greatly from nearly zero drift over the wide operating temperature range. Many applications can take advantage of the rail-to-rail output swing provided by the device to maximize the signal to-noise ratio (SNR). It is used in applications such as electronic weigh scale, pressure and position sensors, strain gauge amplifiers, medical instrumentation, thermocouple amplifiers.
- Single supply operation range from 4.5V to 30V
- Dual supply operation range from ±2.25V to ±15V
- Low offset voltage is 12.5μV maximum at (VS = 30V, VCM = VSY/2V, TA = 25°C)
- Offset voltage drift is 0.1μV/°C maximum at (VS = 30V, VCM = VSY/2V, TA = 25°C)
- Open-loop gain is 160dB typical at (RL = 10Kohm, VO = 1V to 9V)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 155dB typical at (VCM = 0V to 7V)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 143dB typical at (VS = 4.5V to 30V)
- Supply current/amplifier is 0.8mA typical at (IO = 0mA, TA = 25°C)
- Input common-mode range includes lower supply rail
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C, package style is 8-lead LFCSP-WD
