Product Overview
The HMS-X is an instrument that includes the hardware of R&S's currently largest analyser with the features of the smallest model. This basic HMS-X unit can be extended with three options, allowing the customer to assemble an instrument that best fits their needs to begin with. Then you can easily upgrade your HMS-X with all three available options at any later point in time with option upgrade vouchers. The voucher number and the serial number of your HMS-X instrument enable you to generate the respective licence key directly on a dedicated web page.
