Product Overview
The HMS-X is an instrument that includes the hardware of R&S currently largest analyser with the features of the smallest model. This basic HMS-X unit can be extended with three options via upgrade vouchers, allowing the customer to assemble an instrument that best fits their needs to begin with. The voucher number and the serial number of your HMS-X instrument enable you to generate the respective licence key directly on a dedicated web page.
