Product Overview
The MC002964 from Multicomp is a thermally conductive two-part epoxy adhesive with long working life. This product is used to bond heat sinks, LEDS and other heat-generating components within electronic assemblies. It is dark grey, smooth, viscous, thixotropic and bonds well to a variety of substrates. MC002964 has been designed for maximum thermal conductivity with a high viscosity.
- 1:1 mix ratio
- Thermal conductivity of 1.4 W/(mK)
- 4hr working life
- 1hr cure time at 80°C (176°F)
- Provides strong electrical insulation
- High tensile and compressive strength
- Strong resistance to humidity, salt water, mild bases and aliphatic hydrocarbons
