256K I2C serial EEPROM with EUI-48™, EUI-64™ and unique 32bit serial number capable of operation across a broad voltage range (1.7V to 5.5V).
- Unique across all UID-family EEPROMs
- Scalable to 48bit, 64bit, 128bit, 256bit and other lengths
- Compatible with EUI-48™ and EUI-64™
- Codes stored in permanently write-protected upper 1/8th of EEPROM array
- Single supply with operation down to 1.7V, data retention <gt/>200 years
- Low-power CMOS technology and 2-wire serial interface, I2C compatible
- Cascadable up to eight devices and Schmitt trigger inputs for noise suppression
- Output slope control to eliminate ground bounce and 100KHz and 400KHz clock compatibility
- Page write time 5ms max, Self-timed erase/write cycle and 64byte page write buffer
- ESD protection <gt/>4000V, more than One Million erase/write cycles
