Produktbeschreibung
Das industrielle Mini-E/A-Steckverbindersystem von TE Connectivity ist eine kompakte Wire-to-Board-Schnittstellenlösung mit Einrastfunktion, die für einen noch vielseitigeren Einsatz auch als vertikale Ausführung erhältlich ist.
Die Steckverbinder entsprechen nur einem Viertel der Größe eines herkömmlichen RJ45 Steckers und sind besonders platzsparend. Somit ist das System die ideale Lösung für Leiterplatinen mit einem begrenzten Platzangebot.
Die industriellen Mini-E/A-Steckverbinder sind mit zwei Kontaktpunkten ausgestattet und wurden speziell für schwingungsstarke Anwendungen in anspruchsvollen industriellen Umgebungen konzipiert. So können sie dank ihrer hohen Zuverlässigkeit die Produktivität steigern.
Das Mini-E/A-Modell für die Installation vor Ort verfügt über innovative Piercing-Kontakte und erfordert somit weitaus weniger Zeit für den Anschluss. Zudem ermöglicht das benutzerfreundliche Handwerkzeug ab sofort die Installation in fast allen Umgebungen.
Die kompakte Einrastfunktion bietet eine zuverlässige Haltekraft von bis zu 98 N. So verhindert sie ein unbeabsichtigtes Lösen der Steckverbindung und
reduziert Ausfallzeiten, instabile Steckverbindungen sowie eventuelle Folgeschäden.
Die industriellen Mini-E/A-Steckverbinder sind in zwei polarisierten Ausführungen erhältlich, um ein falsches Stecken zu verhindern und eine problemlose Verbindung zu gewährleisten. Sie sind eine beliebte Alternative zu RJ45-Steckverbindern und für einen noch vielseitigeren Einsatz jetzt auch als vertikale Modelle verfügbar.
