Product Overview
The SignalTEK NT allows you to prove the performance of data cabling and Ethernet networks up to Gigabit transmission rates. It simulates actual network traffic by sending real Ethernet frames to give an accurate performance of the network over both copper and fibre optic cabling.
- Tests copper and fibre optic cabling to IEEE802.3ab standard
- Wiremap test for open, short, miswires and split pairs to TIA-568 standard
- Automatically generates test reports in PDF or CSV format
- Ability to share reports via IDEAL AnyWARE app with colleagues or clients
- Network load testing simulating CCTV/ IPTV/ VoIP and web traffic
- Offers PoE/ PoE+ verification
- Switch detection - 10/ 100/ 1000Mbps
- Verifies network configuration and switch port identification
- Distance to fault detection via TDR technology over copper cables
- Provides port blink to trace cable from work area to network switch
- Displays port ID of LLDP/ CDP switches for easy tracing
- Identifies problems as hardware, network or configuration faults
