MAX4704EUB+

The MAX4704EUB+ is a low voltage, 4:1 analogue multiplexer in 10 pin µMAX package. It operates from a single +1.8V to +5.5V supply. The MAX4704 features break before make switching action with a tON = 60ns and tOFF = 20ns at +3V supply. When powered from a +2.7V supply, the device has a 60 ohm (max) on-resistance (RON) with 3ohm (max) RON matching and 5ohm max RON flatness. The digital logic inputs are 1.8V logic compatible from a +2.7V to +3.3V supply. Typical applications include MP3 players, battery operated equipment, relay replacement, audio and video signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems, PCMCIA cards cellular phones and modems.

• Low crosstalk is -90dB (1MHz)
• High off isolation is -85dB (1MHz)
• Low charge injection is 3pC and total harmonic distortion is 0.02% at single +5V supply
