Product Overview
AD8350 is a high performance fully-differential amplifier useful in RF and IF circuits up to 1000MHz. Typical application includes cellular base stations, communications receivers (RF/IF gain block, differential A-to-D driver, SAW filter interface), single-ended-to-differential conversion, high performance video and high speed data transmission.
- High dynamic range: output IP3: +28dBm: Re 50 ohm at 250MHz
- Low noise figure: 5.9dB at 250MHz
- 20dB gain, -3dB bandwidth is 1GHz, 2000V/μs slew rate, 10ns settling time at 0.1%, VOUT = 1V p-p
- Single supply operation: 5V to 10V
- Supply current is 28mA
- Input/output impedance of 200 ohm
- Single-ended or differential input drive
- CMRR of -67dB at f = 50MHz and -58dB PSRR at f = 50MHz, VS Δ = 1V p-p
- 8 lead MSOP package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
