Product Overview
TGF3000 series arbitrary function generator with compact half-rack 2U casing, protective buffers and handle. It has 256 x 112 pixel monochrome graphics display, white LED backlight with adjustable brightness and contrast (Black-on-white or inverse modes). It includes standard model specific features such as PRBS generator, harmonics generator, sum modulation and inter-channel coupling and tracking.
- High sine wave purity with low phase noise and jitter, audio band THD down to 0.05%
- Square waves up to 50MHz with variable duty cycle, edge speeds down to 5ns
- Pulse generation with 100ps width resolution, <30ps jitter and variable rise/fall times
- Up to 100MHz wideband noise generator
- Wide range of standard and arbitrary waveforms built-in (16bit/800MSa/s)
- Up to 9 complete instrument set-ups may be stored and recalled from non-volatile memory
- Front USB host socket for waveform storage and file transfers using flash drives
- Gate and burst modes with internal and external triggering
- 125MHz frequency counter/timer with five measurement modes
- Programmable via USB and LAN (LXI) interfaces (GPIB optional)
