DG201ACSE+T

The DG201ACSE+T is a quad SPST CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin SOIC package. It is normally closed, quad single-pole single-throw (SPST) analogue switch. This CMOS switch can be continuously operated with power supplies ranging from ±4.5V to ±18V. It will not latch up if the power supplies are disconnected with input signals still connected. It features break-before-make switching. The DG201A has a maximum turn-off time of 450ns and a maximum turn-on time of 600ns. It consume significantly low power makes it suitable for portable applications. Typical application winchester disk drives, test equipment, communications systems, PBX, PABX, guidance and control systems, head up displays and military radios.

• Drain source ON-resistance is 115ohm
• Source OFF-leakage current, drain OFF-leakage current is 0.01nA, drain ON-leakage current is 0.1nA
