ADG5434BCPZ-REEL7 is a high voltage latch-up proof, quad SPDT switch. This monolithic industrial CMOS analogue switch is comprising four independently selectable single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switches. All channels exhibit break-before-make switching action that prevents momentary shorting when switching channels. The ultraLow on-resistance and on-resistance flatness of this switch makes it ideal solutions for data acquisition and gain switching applications, where low distortion is critical. Applications include relay replacement, automatic test equipment, data acquisition, instrumentation, avionics and audio and video switching.
- Latch-up proof, VSS to VDD analogue signal range
- Human body model (HBM) ESD rating is 8KV
- Low on-resistance is 13.5ohm typical at VDD = +15V ±10%, VSS = -15V ±10%, GND = 0V, 25°C
- 9V to 40V single-supply operation, ±9V to ±22V dual-supply operation
- 48V supply maximum ratings
- Channel-to-channel crosstalk is -60dB typ at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz, 25°C, ±15V supply)
- Total harmonic distortion + noise is 0.01% typ at (RL=1Kohm, 15V p-p, f = 20Hz to 20KHz, 25°C, ±15V)
- −3dB bandwidth is 145MHz typ at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, 25°C, ±15V dual supply)
