SILICONE RELEASE FG, 400ML

Silicone release FG is a multi-purpose, medium duty, silicone mould release agent that is NSF M1 registered. It has been formulated as a highly effective, general-purpose release agent for all thermoplastics and many types of moulded rubber used in the food processing industry. This product is acceptable for use as a mould release agent (M1) on moulds that are used to produce packaging material that will contact food to prevent the finished product from adhering to the mould. The amount used on the equipment should be the minimum required to accomplish the effect. It provides a medium duty film for release of plastic and rubber parts in injection moulding, compression moulding, vacuum forming and many other moulding and forming processes. Will not build up in the mould and helps to improve surface finish, reduce rejects and increases production.

Hinweise

Stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 6 years with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and flame.
