Produktbeschreibung

The LMZ14201EXTTZ/NOPB is a SIMPLE SWITCHER non isolated step down (buck) power module with adjustable output in 7 pin TO-PMOD package. It is an easy to use DC to DC solution for demanding environments and rugged applications with exceptional power conversion efficiency, output accuracy, line and load regulation. The LMZ14201EXT is available in an innovative package (TO-PMOD) that enhances thermal performance and allows for hand or machine soldering. This power module requires only three external resistors and four external capacitors to complete power solution. It is a reliable and robust design with thermal shutdown, input undervoltage lockout, output overvoltage protection, short circuit protection and output current limit. The device has low radiated emissions and high radiated immunity. It passes vibration standard MIL-STD-883 method 2007.2 condition A JESD22-B103B condition 1 and drop standard MIL-STD-883 method 2002.3 condition B JESD22-B110 condition B.
